Terms & Conditions 

WARRANTY

We offer a 12 month warranty from the day of purchase, on all products. Should your jewellery become tarnished or damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. Just send us an email and we will get this resolved for you as soon as possible. 

RETURNS

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your items to email us and start the returns process. All postage costs will need to be covered by the customer, and we recommend sending these back using a tracked service. Once we have checked the product and confirmed it is unworn, in its original packaging and in the same condition we sent it out in, we will refund the cost of the product back, the postage costs will not be refunded. 

If your item/s have arrived with you damaged, please email us within 14 days so we can get a product replacement out to you as soon as possible. We will provide a paid postage label for you to return the damaged items. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days. We will keep you up to date on this process. 

POSTAGE DELAYS

We post all of our products out using Royal Mail's tracked service. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable if products are delayed due to Royal Mail.
