How do I track my order?
Once your item has been posted, we will provide you with a tracking number.
What are your delivery options?
All items are sent by Royal Mail tracked, either 1st or 2nd class.
Are you bracelets handmade?
Yes all of our Ellabet Jewellery branded products are handmade in the UK. All women's bracelets are made to approximately 18cm in length but different styles can vary slightly.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to post all orders within 2 working days, however during busier periods this may be within 3-4 working days. For updates on your order, please email info@ellabetjewellery.co.uk.
Do you provide International delivery?
We currently don't post internationally but this is something we will be looking into in the near future, so keep checking back for updates!
What is your returns policy?
If you have changed your mind we have a 14 day returns policy. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the items within 14 days in the same condition you received the item, in its original packaging and unworn. Send us an email at info@ellabetjewellery.co.uk to start the returns process. Items returned are at the customers expense and risk. We recommend returning your items using a tracked service.
If you have received the wrong item or it has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation for you.
